  • Display your pet’s memorial publicly (if set to public)
  • Share memorial content on our social media or marketing materials (with attribution where reasonable)
  • Archive and preserve the memorial even after your account becomes inactive

You represent and warrant that you own the copyright to any content you upload or have obtained all necessary permissions and rights from the copyright owner(s) to upload and grant the above license.

3. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

  • Copy or scrape memorial content, pet photos, or stories from other users without their explicit permission.
  • Use any content from Eternalpaws.pet (including memorials) for commercial purposes, on other websites, or in printed materials without authorization.
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or attributions on the Site.

4. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice and Takedown Procedure

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
